I can't speak to the long-term reliability, but the unit seems very well built and so far has fired up perfectly every time I've turned it on. Also seems relatively easy to get into and work on if anything does come up.
1. Closed frame inverter meaning better fuel efficiency, quieter, and safe for sensitive electronics
2. High power for an inverter generator
3. Tri fuel capability
4. Sams club return policy whereas most stores (HD, Lowes) don't even take returns on opened generators
Although might not be the right generator for everyone:
1. As @chuck4rooke mentioned, the sustained power outlet under your chosen fuel will be much less than 11,000 watts. If you need more power, you can get non-inverter units with more power for the same price or you can buy 2 of these to run in parallel.
2. If your intention is to run on gas or propane, you're paying a huge premium over the $900 GMiaed at sams club for only somewhat more power.

6,800 running watts at 240v on natural gas.
6,800/240=28.333333watts
May keep a natural gas furnace and some lighting available during the winter but won't run a single AC during the summer much less 3 ACs
You will definitely need a soft starter. My 5 ton draws 14 amps running. I run two heat pumps, pool pump, septic pump, multiple servers, multiple tvs and audio systems, 2 refrigerators, hybrid water heater, ceiling fans and the entire smart house just fine off a 9k watt running generator without watching watts on anything.
