my store was oos, but best buy price matched over chat

I have tried telling them my local has it (which it does) every which way. No go. And now the wait is so long, I wonder if it is because of this deal.

Any thoughts on whether in store would work better?

I just did what someone else did and said that it shows out of stock online but my local Costco has them and I had zero issue getting the price match.

The app shows my local stores have them but it bugs out.
