The first time, I got rejected because they said out-of-stock items don't qualify for PM.
On the second try, the rep just asked for the item name and my registered email. I got the invoice link via text and email, and I was able to pay.
Just received confirmation email it's ready for pickup!
Guys, keep trying. Like someone mentioned before, if they don't ask for your email, they won't honor it.
