Today rep was able to match the 1083$ with direct invoice link. Seems like he had done few already and did not ask Costco link or the price.

I have a chat transcript (so called reference number) to dispute with credit card if they pull "denial" excuse.
Anyone else whose PM was approved by chat but they were later emailed, can y'all chime in?
I was able to give the agent the item number on Costco and I told her it was currently in stock at a Costco near me and she went ahead and approved the PM for me and provided a case ID number for referenceā¦ told me to look out for a confirmation email which I've yet to receive. Hit up customer service a second time and they confirmed that my PM went through and the request is processing and that I should get an email within 24-48 hours. In the mean time, I've gotten my MacBook but I do not see a refund on my cc statement.

I bought it for $1250 and within return & exchange window. BB has promised to refund $250.

have a case number but the email that refused the pm references that case number.
In my case, today was last to return for $1250 price tag. If they refuse it tomorrow I am going straight to credit card and dispute for $250 difference...I told them the same and agent processed the refund means he approved it. Hopefully credit card company will support me based on my history....let see...if not worst case $1250 is not bad price.
