I ended up using Zelle to fund the account. Not a great initial impression. Will definitely close this account as soon as possible after receiving the SUB.

I can't remember what I clicked on, I think it was I am an existing customer. You then sign in and it gives you the option to verify the trial deposits.
If that doesn't work, go to the link again and click not an existing customer. I just can't remember which one I selected, I was half asleep when I did mine but it worked fine.
