Its two years third party with all state. They usually have better deals for these usually. I purchased a 4070ti with 7900 processor for the same price from them like 5 months ago

It's going to be OOS everywhere for the first few months. Plus, all the 3rd party cards will jack the price way up. I wouldn't count on it affecting the price of the 4000 series as much as years passed.

4700 S is going for around $600 currently, so this isn't a bad deal.

It's not easy to find a deal for PC with 4080, but even in this case, it will not be 2x faster. Maybe 30..35% in 1440. For 4k, it can be a dealbraker if you play all max high-frequency settings. 4070S is still very capable.
