Has anyone else here gotten shadow banned in the app for using their valid coupon codes? I suspect they are doing it since they don't allow any payment card to go through for me anymore, and I found a bunch of reddit posts about it. Good riddance subway.

I love me some subway. But after recent heart issues I've really been checking the nutritional facts. Subway is not great.

That's wild.. I wonder if a gift card would go through? Seems like there would be some sort of law where they can't deny gift card redemption?

Genuine question, Why would they shadow ban you for using their valid coupon codes? Is there more that you are not saying?

By any chance are you using a prepaid visa/mastercard? There's a lot of retailers no longer accepting them as of Jan 1st.

no, tried multiple types of cards, "payment failed, try another card" or something like that at the final submit step.

Absolutely nothing other than an order using a valid coupon code found on their coupon mailer through their latest app. All my prior orders also used coupon codes or daily specials so maybe after a while they don't like it or individual franchisees have some power to report? I don't know how their system works for allowing some franchises to not accept codes or not, but I noticed they really skimp on coupon orders. Searching found a few others who suspect this.

My area has 3 for $23.99

Didn't try these codes, but doubt they'd work as everything's a ripoff where I lived (WA).
