During my gym-rat days if I would have told someone that I needed to drink my Pre-Workout Pink Lemonade.... They would've revoked my membership and run me out of town.

That said, I do think this is a bit on the "meh" end of things, depending on the person. At this price, it might not be so bad, but the dosing is pretty bad. Most new lifters won't see much benefit from this outside of the caffeine. 1.6g of CarnoSyn (Beta Alanine) is underdosed, since you need 3 - 6g daily for weeks for it to show results. It works pretty similar to another ingredient in here; creatine. The creatine nitrate is underdosed at 1g of NO3-T, and you typically need about 3-5g a day consistently to see results. The bit of nitrate could help though, but probably not much. 150 mg of caffeine is fine, not too high not too low, but I consider 200 the middle ground personally, so maybe a bit on the low end. Caffeine always depends on the person and tolerance though, this could be a lot for someone who doesn't drink much caffeine. 1g of citrulline malate is a nitric oxide booster (improves blood flow), but I believe most studies say 6-8g for an actual benefit to performance. The Vitamin B12 does help with energy, and the dosing is fine on that, but most people don't need to worry about B12 unless you are in a deficit or have a special diet.
Definitely not something for an ultra serious veteran lifter, but at this price for a beginner or someone sensitive to the more "serious" pre workouts, it's not so bad imo despite the dosing issues.
