Be aware that this is a the "regular" 8ah battery, not the new "powerpack". these use to be XR branded. dewalt removed the XR branding but it's still the same battery with Samsung 21700 40T cells inside

Can be hacked if you can find both items in stock in store and purchase in store. Both valued at 199 so it would split the price in half down to 99.50

Can you return the battery only for half? Would an online pickup not work?

Yea you get the pro rated price just like home depot so it would be half for each. Unfortunately you can not do online pickup. Only purchasing in store works for lowes unlike home depot

No, the ONLY option for Lowe's hacking (returning one item in BOGO deal) is purchasing IN STORE.
If you buy online it will list the BOGO deal as one item and you can't return an individual item.

This appears to be in store and YMMV deal. The Lowe's closer to me shows $249. I selected a store about 20 miles away and it showed $199.

No would not have the same break away torque as an impact wrench. It's not designed for that.
