This is my new favorite tool out of my entire tool box.

Be aware, you MUST use the 5.0 ah Hight Output battery to get the rated output, other batteries will not be able to hit maximum torque.

Other than that, this tool is fast, powerful and pretty small for all kinds of work you would have normally needed a larger impact gun. I own this one and the first gen model, this blows the first gen out of the water when used with the appropriate battery.

Just got mine from wise line and it was a counterfeit called Milwaukee customer support
Case: CS0217897
Subject: Contact Us | Service/Warranty

Hi Scott,

The beginning P50A is for the M12 1/2" Stubby Impact Wrench, Cat # 2563-20. What's odd is the rest of the numbers indicate it was manufactured the 2nd week of 2025, so 2 weeks ago? The serial number does seem odd. It probably wouldn't even be in the US yet if it was manufactured 2 weeks ago. Something is fishy. I would suggest returning it.

Same. Wiseline said "we will not receive stock from them until Late January - Early February."

Stop slandering an authorized Milwaukee dealer all because you arbitrarily deemed "the serial number does seem odd". If you had any sense, you wouldn't defame a business based on nothing.

I'm pretty sure he's quoting customer support from an email he received.

But the Milwaukee rep said that?

It's good advice. I have been scammed on a DeWalt impact drill on eBay that was gutted. The only reason I knew was by using it. I've been burned on Amazon so many times. Always suspected you're being scammed when buying stuff online

I canceled my wiseline when home depot had the same tool plus free battery and charger. Sold the battery and charger for $40 locally.

Same. Plus, I'd rather deal with a company with hundreds of store fronts than a company across the border/online if anything goes south.

Thanks for posting!
This is a significant update over the orevious gen stubby.
Not a bad price at this, as I give nearly the same for my current m12 fuel impact pre Bidenomics.
I keep hoping to duplicate the deal that Festool had on it with the two batteries and charger for 199.
That was nuts of a slickdeal.
