My only gripe is that the power outlet is on the right side of the laptop, but it's no big deal, and I wish it had an additional NVMe slot.

Is Staples posting false information in the pictures?
Staples is not always trustworthy for specs they show.
I can't verify panel specs for this particular model to confirm on Asus' site, or YT.
I suppose we could expect TN and hope for IPS, which also gives a reason to return if you can't deal with it.

Don't do it. Microsoft has bulletin that Vivobooks and some models won't update Windows 11. Hours already with ASUS tech support for new computer. Tried to update even though service bulletin says you shouldn't. Now cannot factory reset. Taking back. Should not be selling a unit that cann't be updated! https://learn.microsoft
Windows 11 is already installed, no problems installing updates either.
Are you sure? Model listed 14" and 15" model with different cpus .Additionally, this laptop already comes with window 11 .☺️
