You wrap it around wires, wire looms or anything else that you want to protect from abrasion. It's not electrical tape and doesn't provide electrical insulation.

Tried caps or lower case still doesn't work
Not sure about the quality of this tape. Review feedbacks indicate it's thin, adhesive not good, and small rolls.
From my experience, most folks use the more cloth-like interior version for most of their work.

Edit. System is strange. It denied code but then had a check box for use your 5.25 promotional balance. I cleared the code, checked that box, refreshed page and it worked.
