Do the mobile intel 13th Gen processors have the same issues as their desktop counterparts (hardware deterioration)?

Love my G16, but it has a Thunderbolt port that this apparently does not. To me that's a deal breaker.

I ran into the same issue and tried two different emails as well. I called sales but they were unable to assist. I was told to give it 24 hours to see if I receive the email. I'm not holding my breath.

It's a gaming laptop so it needs extra cooling, a larger battery, etc. If you want something more svelte, an ultralite would be more what you should look at.

Sweet 6.19 pound baby Jesus! But if I don't carry this daily, I'm ok with it. 😎 Well, until I find my old ass in the airport, tired and carrying a bag plus this, I might answer differently.

On my i5 model with the 4050, the 330 watt power supply brick is also shockingly big and heavy (2.5 pounds). Probably best to think of this as "gaming rig that can be moved" rather than some ultraportable laptop to carry back and forth to... well... anywhere.
