I got this one before "updating" to the Key S version. The only difference I remember seeing is the keyboard shortcuts buttons (Fx keys at the top) some of them got changed and the actual typing feeling is a bit different but both are really good. I didn't mind the change, I could have kept one or the other. There are couple reviews available on YT.
The Mac version of the keyboard has specific shortcut keys for Mac that do not exist on Windows. For example Mission Control key, opt key and some others that I don't remember. If you have Windows PC and buy this keyboard it will work, but those symbols on the keys might confuse you but that is it. What would they do when pressed ? I don't know... Someone who has tried??
