It got a bad rap. I played it for a little bit with game pass ultimate. Ultimately it just felt like more Diablo 3. Of course there are a lot of differences. But as far as ARPGs go, it feels most like Diablo 3. And I mean, that sounds like the way it obviously should be. But I think Diablo 3 feels more like some other ARPGs than Diablo 2. So my point really is that it's not so different from Diablo 3 that I couldn't have just as much fun just firing up Diablo 3 again, if they're still doing seasons. It's not so much that it's bad as it just could have been a Diablo 3 expansion and I would have gotten as much out of it.

100% agree. off topic from cookie clicker but I got d4 with expansion for a discount and started with the new season. It's been a blast. It plays well on steam deck and feels like a diablo game. Thoroughly enjoying it as are many others. When it goes on sale I would recommend for anyone who enjoys arpgs to try it out. It's not pay to win and has so much content.

Download this. Set your PC clock to the year 1601. Install and Run and play for about 10 mins to collect some cookies and get some units producing automatically. Close the program. Set PC clock to the year 30827. Run program and collect your ungodly number of cookies. Return to normal time. You're welcome.

Pretty sure there's still a free web game, but the steam version maybe has some extra content or something.

Kind of pointless game, but still very addicting. Enough that I think I played through the entire thing twice.

Went to a diabetes awareness website once and it asked me if I accept cookies. I replied, "Is that a trick question?"

Web version is/was awesome to have open in the background while working a cubicle job.
"Time for another Teams meeting!"
