Pretty much everyone sells this for the same price. Amazon just jacks up regular price to a high level then advertises it at a 40% discount. Typical Amazon games. You always have to do a comparison by model number.

The two devices have different functions and sensitivity ranges.
Basically, one is would work for 120V/220V volts etc. and the other is also capable of both low and high voltage signals.

A low voltage signals for example might be for a thermostat or control signal wire.

Both are capable of 120v detection but knowing what each device is used for will help reduce false readings (beeping for multiple receptacles at the same time).

I always carry two NCV voltage testers with me, never trust your life on just one safety device.

Both the Fluke and Klein products are excellent...
