The Milwaukee M18 REDLITHIUM XC5.0 Starter Kit delivers up to 2.5X more runtime, 20% more power and 2X more recharges than standard lithium-ion batteries. The lithium-ion battery pack features superior pack construction, electronics, and performance providing users more work per charge and more work over pack life than any battery on the market. The rechargeable battery also delivers users with 5.0 Amp-hours of runtime. Each battery pack is durably built for heavy-duty use, runs cooler, and performs in climates below 0 degree F/minus 18 degree C. This protection routes water away from the electronics and out of the battery pack, extends the users' battery run-time and life by minimizing heat, and prevents pack failures from vibration or drops. Built-in REDLINK Intelligence protects the battery from overloads, preventing users from damaging their cordless power tools in heavy-duty situations, while the discharge protection prevents cell damage. An integrated temperature Management system and individual cell monitoring help to maximize battery life. Switch to Milwaukee's REDLITHIUM XC5.0 Battery Pack to instantly upgrade the runtime and durability of Milwaukee M18 cordless tools. In addition to the battery pack, the starter kit includes an M18 and M12 Battery Charger.

I agree with the tools except for the shop vac. Not sure on the lights. The shop vac is great. Plenty of power and still working great after around 3 years. I do have 2 negatives. The hose is probably an inch wide going into the vac so it will get clogged. The 2nd neg is trying to remove the hose is a little difficult because of the tight quarters to get your hand in to twist it off. Other than that, its great. The clogging is to be expected on any vac with a 1.5" hose.
Just know you're getting old stuff here. Non Fuel tools, old battery tech and slow charger.
Pass for me.
I'd sooner get the nicest stuff from Ryobi (ONE+ HP) than non-FUEL Milwaukee tools.
Important thing to realize is the vast majority of non-FUEL tools are a decade old and haven't been updated since they launched in 2012. It's not just about power/efficiency, lots of improvements in ergonomics, board manufacturing, plastics & overmolding, etc. There's always the occasional non-FUEL brushless Milwaukee that launched recently, but they're few and far between.
