This is the best price you can get on a m2 air. For those looking for a laptop you can get this. Bought this from quick ship last year and it's fantastic. 16gb of ram is a game changer compared to the 8GB.

Just got BestBuy to price match for local pickup! I reached out to two different agents— the first one told me it was a store-only deal and that I'd have to visit a local store. The second agent, however, didn't ask many questions and simply told me to place the order, assuring me I'd receive a refund within 7–10 days.
I went ahead and placed the order, also getting the Plus membership for free. After that, the agent refunded me the price difference: $949 - $699 + tax. I also sent a copy of the chat history to my email, just in case.

Yes. Just tell the chat when you want to trade in so they can make it apart of the deal... Of just go trade it in first to get a gift to pay with... Or just go to the store and trade with the price match.

Took 3 separate chats, but they eventually matched and shipped. The biggest concern for the first two agents was this was a "President's Day sale" then a limited time item. It didn't make any sense, but when the third agent asked for my zip code, I felt pretty good.

For those who did a price match, make sure you actually get the refund. I got approved on chat and purchased it. The chat rep gave me a case Id and said he would process the refund. A few days later their "back end team" said it was invalid. I've been fighting with them but there's no way to speak to this team and the chat team says they can't escalate it any further. I'll probably just return it at this point (even though I've been using it already!).

Got the deal for pickup after 2 chat sessions with BB. 1st chat said not valid. 2nd chat several hours later said valid only if I pickup at the store so I proceeded.

Make sure to pay the $700 out right and not pay $1000 and then wait for the $300 refund like me or some others here.

Best Buy prices matches this deal with free delivery. No problem or questions asked. I tried to get the midnight color but they wouldn't do that because it wasn't part of the deal at Brandsmart. Pretty easy process if you get the right customer service agent.

Shipped yesterday, and it's on the way from FL by UPS! hope the box is not empty..
