Looking for a 17" laptop with touch and backlit keyboard <1K

I would like a 17" laptop for my office that has a touch screen and backlit keyboard. Prefer enough RAM so I don't have to upgrade (but able to, if needed) storage doesn't matter. Not for game playing just everyday tasks: email, word processing, spreadsheets, etc. Important to have good screen res as my eyes are "old". No Ebay, MicroCenter, open box. Thanks for the help!
