Abt is a huge family owned electronics/appliance store in Glenview, IL which is a suburb of Chicago. I've had Best Buy price match them before, but I've also purchased direct before. I highly recommend Abt.

This TV was about $750 at Target April 2024 and on clearance for around the same price later that year at Costco and Sams Club w/ 5 yr warranties. This price is surprisingly high considering the TV will now be 2 generations old in a couple months

I need a good 55 and I can't decide between the recent deal from best buy $799 (B4) or keep waiting for prices to fall on the C4. Can the human eye really see a difference in a B4 or C4?

If you've seen a C4 and B4, then yes, the difference is noticeable. The C4 is several hundred nits brighter. Not to mention the processors. The processor in the C series is much faster. Even my C2 is faster than the much newer B4. It takes quite a while to load apps and bring up settings menus on the B4. I hadn't had hands-on experience with the B4 until about a month ago. After having spent some time with it at a friend's house, I wouldn't ever buy one. It still has good picture quality, but just do it right the first time. Get the higher tier TV and be done with it. You'll always make more money.
