I take it the thumbs down to the question "any good" mean that it is no good.
$99 for a compound sliding miter saw in a 10 inch....that is a very good deal.
If you take MFG vs MFG cost, there is not a big difference in production and parts for a basic model vs a full featured one, so they are making their money regardless...they are just not getting the extra. The only thing I would worry about is the accuracy, precision and maybe the blade needs replacing.
I bought this when it first came out a dozen years ago. I paid close to $600 for it. It is an amazing saw. Assuming it's the same quality and it hasn't been cheapened, $99 is a steal.

This is listed at 32 pounds, does that sound like the same weight as yours? That's the easiest way to tell if they started subbing out metal for plastic (or just thinner metal)

Please update title 120v. It makes it sound like it is cordless when it says 20v.
This is pointless. Delta doesn't make cordless tools.

100 percent. This is definitely a solid deal. I have two sliding miter saws already and tempted to buy this and store it just because of the price.

Not at all pointless, not everyone knows every product that every company makes.
Most miter saws have a cord. If they;re cordless, it will say "cordless miter saw."
Nobody is gonna say, "Well, I have Delta battery, maybe I should invest in this", because no such batteries exist due to them not manufacturing cordless tools, and if someone wasn't sure, they could just go to the Walmart site.
There is 0 percent chance that Walmart is going to sell a new 10 inch cordless + sliding miter saw for $100. The cheapest on the market right now for a 7 1/4 for $150 (tool only). Figure at least $50 more than that for a 10 inch.

Metabo is the cheapest corded at a small blade and not sliding.

Why are you trying to die on this hill? Not every knows everything about miter saws, how hard is that to understand, why not post all the details.
BTW, it isn't a 20V saw, so that was incorrect for other reasons.
