Yeah, the normal Think bars sacrifice flavor for protein and these are the opposite. And it's a great price considering they're usually $2.50 each at Kroger in my town.

Chicory root fiber as a filler for those sensitive. Reason why I can't personally do Fiber One bars/brownies. ☹️

These are excellent when it comes to taste compared to the normal Think protein bar, which the sugar alcohol is overpowering the taste and feels dry. That being said, the size of those pies is not as big as the regular Think bars, and it's very easy to indulge.

I went thru a lot of keto bars/snacks when I was on a keto diet, these were among the best options as far as taste and macro ratios went. Great price on them (easily 2.99 in single qty bodega sale) so if you're on a keto diet I'd get a box or two. Or three.

With that said, they are not low calorie by any stretch so if you just want protein I'd look elsewhere.

Yes they are. Only listing "net" carbs is a way of making it sound more heathy and is very misleading. All carbs make you fat. Net Carbs and Keto Friendly is heavily use for marketing and should be a red flag to investigate the detailed nutritional info which is conveniently not listed here. 10 grams of protein is 40 calories, the other 140 are fat and carbs. This does not make a legit protein bar.
