Scores like that should given anyone pause. Sure you can return it, but it's a hassle. multiple low reviews report it worked at first and failed a couple months/charges later- so you won't even know right away if you got a dud.

I thought I might have had capacity issues in the past but it may have been a fluke since now I can charge my phones multiple times and the % seems to be reasonable.
