there is no guarantee of lifetime - these people are selling seats to their volume license which you would have to trust will continue to be paid for, annually, by them, to microsoft, forever, and those are...bad odds.
plus you will have some sketchy email address that is not personal to you, and, whoever these scammers are, will have 100% access to all of your files. the seller would effectively be your "boss" and you have an "employee" license they control.
super super sketchy and probably a violation of Microsoft's terms. if Microsoft ever found out about this and took action, they would terminate this seller's volume license which also would be the end of your "lifetime".
what a scam. gtfo with this trash.
