These are actually pretty useful in my opinion. Trader joes sells them in 5 packs for about this price. They last much longer than a roll of paper towels and go through the washing machine just fine. The only downside is you when they have dried out you have to wet them and then ring them out before you they will become absorbent enough to wipe down a counter etc. But thats the same for a dried out sponge.

Good deal, TU

I like these. Just got some at Christmas and am still not completely in the habit of reaching for them. They won't completely replace paper towels for me, but they're useful. Do note that they're small at 8"x7", and I have no idea how sanitary they are once you use them once, but they're nice and absorbent.

This one's 7"x6". The one in this thread is 8"x7". Still, not bad. Especially, since I don't see the clipped coupon rn.

Didn't see the usual coupon checkbox, but coupon code still works if you copy and paste it into the promo code box.

What form is the cellulose? I don't believe it would just be pulp or even long strands. Cellulose is used as a base for synthesized fabrics like rayon/modal.

Packaging says "MADE IN SWEDEN", but added a sticker that says "MADE IN CHINA" .

From some reviews

Ahhhhh yes! That familiar Swedish brand "HOMAXY"... LMAOLMAOLMAO. NOT Swedish, LOL. What a joke.

"The cardboard inside the clear plastic clearly says "Made in Sweden," while the tag on the outside says, "Made in China.""

Plenty of p*ssed off people in the reviews. There are plenty of WAY better options than the made in China swill being peddled in this "Deal" post. It's a "Deal" if for some reason you're short on things to fill your trash bag or dumpster with.

If you want something actually made in Sweden, look for "Wettex" dish cloths, made by Vileda, for example. "EcoGurus" and "Superscandi" cloths are actually made in Sweden as well. What a concept! LMAO

Bought these in a different brand and they work quite well. Much better than typical dish cloths. They perform similar to a chamois for drying your car and when dry they stiffen up just like them. The best thing about them is they don't retain odors like most dish cloths. You can easily get two weeks of wipe ups and they're machine washable. I bought a 10 pack for $16 on Amazon just last month so getting them $10 less is a decent deal.

I have ordered these from Temu ages ago, and only occasionally remember I have them and can use them. Now that I have one of those $15 huge wooden cutting board, it might be useful to dry off after use.

I have/use similar and love them. My foreign GF introduced me to them years ago and I've since added them to the kitchens of multiple family members and friends.

They won't do everything a sponge does or everything paper towels do, but they can do a lot of things at least as well if not better. Super versatile and less wasteful when wiping down counters, small spills, etc. They last for ages and you can wash or microwave them to kill any bacteria.

That's a really good question.
Great observation.

Swedish cloths are amazing and I've been using them instead of paper towels which are wasteful for the environment but also your wallet. These get stiff when dry but become spongy with water,

Get the real ones her which are also Biodegradable:
