The foldable design looks very handy. Has anyone personally used these types of cutting boards?

We have an older version...they're good but a bit cumbersome to use as a cutting board. They aren't particularly large, and the handle can't lie flat while cutting, so you kind of have to have a little pressure on the cutting surface unless what you're cutting is relatively heavy.
It's a good idea, but I think the execution falls a bit short. I typically reach for a thin, plastic cutting sheet if I know I'm going to want to push whatever I cut into a pan - the type that you can fold to make funneling the cut ingredients into a pan or pot more easily than with a thick, flat cutting board.
I actually think that if they removed the handle, and you could just kind of manually fold the board when you want to transfer the ingredients...that might work better. But maybe not any better than a cheap cutting sheet.
