Is the second Lowe's link, the same thing as the Klein package minus the batteries, just different color and labeling??
Been looking for these types of tools, to safely determine how much damage my home received during the So Cal fires last month. My home was in one of the neighborhoods affected and no, not the one where the famous people resides, lol.

Hi, Sorry to hear that you got affected ...I don't normally comment on here but your comment gave me pause so I figured maybe I would share some things to consider.
1) This Kit is a good deal from a well known/trust brand .2) I'm very much pro DIY for all things home repair.
But I would not DIY this .
I don't know what the shape/condition of your house is but if its still standing and you suspect electrical damage to your house then it would very likely leave clues behind in the sense blown fuses/damaged breakers in your electrical box, bad smells coming from outlets/panels etc(google images of residential power surges/arch faults etc...) ... I would suggest getting an independent electrical inspector/home inspector to come check things...Even if its not covered under insurance if you have to make a claim in future against/to the electrical company or participate in a class action lawsuit having a professional report indicating damage will put you in a better position in my opinion .
If your in a situation where regretfully you don't have much standing then I don't encourage you to handle the power entry lines yourself...I would suggest bringing someone in to put a site box/temporary distribution panel/enclosure so your site has temporary power for reconstruction...
Some other tools that could prove useful would be rental of a thermal camera to inspect inside your walls. moisture meter to check if your walls got wet etc.
