Shows the same $189 for me but it normally sells for 79 on Amazon. In store HD price tag also shows the markdown from 79 to 59. On eBay you can pick it up new for less than 59.

Amazon doesn't sell Ryobi. Third party sellers may via Amazon but they aren't sold by Amazon.

I've used it for cleaning up blades on yard tools and a lawnmower.

I still think $59 is a bit steep for what it is. I think I picked it as a "free" tool during Ryobi days because it had one of the higher "values" assigned to it.

$99 original price in my store, clearance price is $56. It goes into clearance ever so often, I think it will get lower, then I will buy.
