Many of the reviews mention that the boots are slick on the bottom, which is a deal breaker for me no matter how cheap they are.

I'm glad that I read the reviews, being slick is also a deal breaker for me.
I didn't need those unattractive jackets so I just didn't buy anything.
I was going to buy 3 of the boots and 2 of the ugly jackets.

But I don't need any of them.

Many reviewers say these are super slick/slippery. I would take even if these are free. Not worth risking.

You can add non-skid pads to the bottom.
