I have one and it got a pink line down the middle of the screen. Apparently it's common and is covered under their warranty. Except I sent mine in and they refused to cover the repairs.

I would recommend avoiding this phone for that reason.

It did. I had major issues with mine and went back to a 7a. I don't know why but I've always had better luck with their cheaper A series.
