It did. I had major issues with mine and went back to a 7a. I don't know why but I've always had better luck with their cheaper A series.
My wife had the 8 since release and saw no issues
What type of issues?
Pixel 7a is probably the worst Tensor based Pixel to date.

Dish washer?
I did, too. It is not a bad idea to buy this 1-year old phone considering its software upgrade period.
