Usually length and shorter distance mounting screw. 2242's are usually used because of space constraints. Pretty good chance a 2280 won't physically fit, but I have never worked with this model laptop.

I have an earlier version of the 5 pro amd. The major weakness is the terrible trackpad that is plastic, small and not centered. Unintentional right clicks are constant headach.

Not a bad deal but the best buy deal was better. It was an open box, excellent, with a ryzen 7 8 core, 16 thread and a 4060 dor $6xx.xx. i bought it and it was almost brand new. No scratches anywhere... all i saw were a few smudges on the space bar, enter key, and a few others.

Bought on wednesday was delivered thursday morning.... best buy is getting very good with shipping times

I did not know how to do a price match on Ebay, thus I will be returning it and reordering again. I bought it for $700 a few days ago. Great machine! but yes I dislike the trackpad placement

I messaged Lenovo and they asked me to return it and get a new one as they do not refund the difference.. stupid policy which costs them so much money on shipping costs as well as having to deal with a laptop that's now 'pre-owned'.

best buy open box can be very crappy. i bought an OB alienware laptop that didnt recognize the internal battery and had hair stuck inside the bottom panel

Bought this last week, after looking for about two weeks for the laptop that had: (1) a good screen; (2) a good processor; and, (3) an Nvidia dedicated gpu with at least 6 gb VRAM. This hits all of those points. Best bang for the buck (for new) that I could find.

How is the text clarity? I read opinions that the OLED pixels don't look as good at this res.
