how did you test? and I guess some energy is lost but that much it is too much, on another brand that I checked recently they said around %30 less but %50 wow.

isn't then this false advertising or something of that kind?

One of the reviews wrote that there are two revisions and idk the woot one listed on Amazon is $99.99 idk why, but I guess they were saying the newer one is better. and hopefully the one being sold by woot on their site is the same that sold on amazon by them.

Did you consider efficiency?

I have a few 5,000mAh Anker that I got to latch onto my Retroid Pocket 4 Pro and tested with a 5,000mAh phone I get around 66% which is normal due to voltage conversion to USB standards.

Yes you can.

A 27,000mAh at 2v is legal. A 40,000mAh at 1v is legal. A 100,000mAh at 0.1v is legal.

As long as the factors is below 100Wh, you are good.

What is not legal is going above 100Wh.
