Me too, I ordered 2x $50 GOLDEN CORRAL gift cards, but only receive $40 each. MadEEK!

** Update: I just chatted with Amazon Rep and she refunded me the full $80, and the balance are now $0. What a waste of time shake headFrown

Same experience with White Castle card, Amazon refunded the $40 and said I could keep the card (implying it would retain the $40). Course now mysteriously the WC gift card site says "cert error" when I enter the number and submit to check balance. Was originally purchased to send it to someone as a gift but now not sure I trust it.

Same as others. Ordered 2 gift cards for $50 each. Both only had $40 on them. Chatted and they gave me a $20 Amazon gift card for the difference. Both cards still have $40 on them.

Same thing with me. Chatted with Amzn csr and they sent me a $20 Amzn gc for the issue.
