im salty that I bought this for 700 or so before the $500 sales started. i guess I could return it and buy it back but seems like a dick move. enjoy everyone, this robot is amazing.

Costco does a 1 time price match in your lifetime even if past the price match time period. Just call their customer service

Most corporations have already factored in the cost of returns in their product pricing. It's an unfeeling entity that does not care about you and is doing what it is doing regardless of how good "customer service" is to compete in a capitalistic system. Do not feel bad about return because you should not. Either the price match or you return. If they're smart they're just going to do a price match because it saves them with dealing with a return and refurbishing the product to be resold again. You do what is best for you just as they do the same.

I did that twice last year due to their price drops and me being outside the price match window. It's a waste of time and resources, but it's factored into the cost

For anyone wondering, this is essentially the same as the Q Revo, but its Costco's specific model with extra accessories. And this is a great price. These are amazing vacuums. Not as strong (suction) or as good at object avoidance as the $1k plus Roborock's, but these are easily the best robovacs under $1k.

I'd check the Costco app, search for it in the "Warehouse" section. None of the warehouses near me have any Roborock's in store.

Never had a robot vacuum / mop. Could I map my main floor & basement with this thing? For example - after it mops and cleans my main floor - I could put it downstairs and let it run down there with no issues as well?

Yes. It will do two different maps on your app for the robot.
