I'm unfamiliar with MTP, so it may work. I don't know.

Of note, one guy says this: "Will likely be entirely discontinued for all Kindle devices."
I hope this isn't true, it takes me a long time to read library books.

Refurbs (these Paperwhites change little generation to generation) have been as low as $70. I see people in FB Marketplace selling them around $50 all the time, too.
