Amazing speakers and an amazing price. These have been very positively reviewed by those in the business and hobby. Loads of positive looks from those who aren't usually into powered speakers. I love mine.

I have the Nines, fantastic speakers. For direct connection setups, they are seamless. However, Klipsch's Bluetooth tech always a little finicky. Sometimes connects without problems, other times its a hassle. Hoping the partnership with Onkyo, future products will have better Bluetooth performance.
Also, my Nines brink'd on me due to software issue. At first I thought the amp was fried. Unfortunately, it is common among this line (Fives, Sevens, Nines). They just stopped working altogether. Luckily, was still under warranty and Klipsch sent replacement without issue. Some have resolved the problem themselves, by manually downloading firmware directly to speaker and has shown to be pretty effective.
Nonetheless, nice price!

In for the Walnut set, since they didn't go out of stock while I spent way too much time reading/watching reviews 🤣

These will be my new desk/office speakers, replacing the current setup (SMSL SA300 + Polk TSx 220B), which will get relocated to my open main floor - been wanting decent audio down there for a while.

I have the nines as well and they're amazing. I paid $950 for them and $750 is a steal.

Do these have an "auto on" feature when they detect an input, or must they be switched on/off each time you want to use them?

I believe they do. You dont have to turn the on and off each time. I have them hooked to a TV through HDMI arc and to a Wiim Pro through fiber and they swap automatically. Though I will say, about once or twice a month, I would be watching something on TV and they suddenly stop playing and the TV speakers kick in. I have to spin the wheel to TV once again and they connect (or use the remote). Not really sure why, hasnt been a big issue for me to care.

Yep I passed on that deal, realy considered it but honestly I wonder how much the SQ would be improved against what I have now (just a 2.1 desktop setup) using Klipsch RP-600M that I got also on a great sale ($280 Pair) I think these are going to be similar just much more epensive because they are self powered, I actually prefer external amps.

I'll wait a year or two for them to pop up at Costco for $400 AND few more months later it'd be $400 minus $100 discount for a sweet $300 lol.

Note: thumbs down welcomed but this was the story for The Fives.
