Visited a Costco in Chicago today and noticed they'd dropped the price on the Peloton Bike+ from $1799.99 to $1499.99. This includes an extended four year warranty.

The price was just updated today, in fact they hadn't even swapped out one of the old price tags (see photos)

The Bike+ currently sells for $2495 on the Peloton website with a standard 2 year warranty.

I will need to assemble the bike myself but based on Costco reviews, their teams are not properly trained in doing so anyways.

If you're not set on getting brand new... definitely check your local craigslist/fb marketplace. In my area there are always quite a few basically new going at steep discounts.

The Bike+ is a little harder to find a good deal on. Plus, the lack of warranty on a used one isn't great because they're expensive to repair.

If they're less than half the price of a new one then might as well as buy another used one if the first breaks.

The Peloton Bike+ has been marked down in Costco warehouse locations. Item 1882645 - found at the South Jordan, Utah store.

was easily able to get a lightly used one for $600 delivered. In NYC.
But Peloton now charges a $99 fee to transfer and activate under new ownership.

Excellent price... If you're gonna use it. It's really pulled the lbs off me. Low impact and fun as hell. Yes, monthly sub sucks but it's a good investment in YOURSELF, if you use it.

I use a similar one that they introduced into my
gym. Great change. So I don't need to buy a bike,
even though Peletons are all over our Marketplace for $600 or less.. I don't need to spend a monthly fee for the privilege of using one. 👍

Biggest thing is the monthly membership charge. IMO that's been the fall of them
And they never let up on the price. $50 is just too much, even if it is the superior choice when talking about the user experience.
