Placed an order of BOGO items, one of which was some toilet paper. The shopper grabbed the wrong kind (likely because it was out of stock and this TP was $10 more expensive). Tried to return it in store but the lady at the counter told me to just do it in the app. Lo and behold, I got free toilet paper because it told me not to return it!

All the prices are higher in the cart than in store. Pretty much cancels out the $15 savings.

they do this but there is item/price count limit and after that they will require more verification and/or reject claims.
