As a dentist, I applaud you for saying no to fluoride. It keeps me in business.

You and the people who won't quit smoking when I tell them to stop every time I extract their tooth and place an implant and then they try to make me feel bad they spent $6,000 on it. I tell them to go make Marlboro feel bad instead.
All this yappin and no sources cited.

Bag fees are required by law in your area.
Charge tax base on full price.
Scums.

You can always deny the bag and confirm it doesn't show up on pick up receipt

Really hate how you are charged tax on full amount. Was 4.33 after using 3 of rewards. Hopefully something else shows up for $6. Not the biggest fan of the higher reward amounts.

I did this at Walgreens and the cashier gave me such attitude when they took everything out of the bag.

I have never yet come across a single Walgreens employee who hasn't been a miserable person. Literally every single one hates their job, and does not hesitate to pass that negative energy to you the customer.

Fluoride: The Toxic Waste in Your ToothpasteLet's break this down for the dentist who thinks fluoride is the only option. Fluoride isn't just a harmless mineral—it's a toxic byproduct of industrial processes, and there are better, safer alternatives for dental care. Here's the unfiltered truth:1. Where Fluoride Really Comes FromIndustrial Waste: Fluoride is a byproduct of aluminum, fertilizer, and steel manufacturing. It's classified as a toxic waste by the EPA.Water Fluoridation: In the 1940s, industries needed a way to dispose of fluoride waste. They convinced the public it was "good for teeth" and started dumping it into water supplies.Toxicity: Fluoride is not a nutrient. It's a neurotoxin that accumulates in bones and the brain, causing long-term damage.2. Why Fluoride is DangerousNeurotoxicity: Studies link fluoride to lower IQ in children and cognitive decline in adults.Thyroid Disruption: Fluoride competes with iodine, leading to hypothyroidism (fatigue, weight gain, depression).Skeletal Fluorosis: Chronic exposure weakens bones, causing pain and fractures.Dental Fluorosis: Overexposure in kids leads to white spots and brittle enamel.3. Safer, Better Alternatives to FluorideHere's what you should be recommending instead of pushing toxic fluoride:1. Nano-Hydroxyapatite (nHAp)What It Is: A biomimetic compound identical to tooth enamel. How It Works: Repairs enamel, reduces sensitivity, and prevents cavities. Why It's Better: Non-toxic, safe to swallow, and more effective than fluoride in remineralizing teeth.2. XylitolWhat It Is: A natural sugar alcohol that starves cavity-causing bacteria. How It Works: Reduces plaque, neutralizes acids, and boosts saliva production. Why It's Better: Safe for humans (toxic to pets) and prevents cavities without toxicity.3. Calcium Phosphate CompoundsWhat It Is: Includes amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) and casein phosphopeptide-ACP (CPP-ACP).How It Works: Delivers calcium and phosphate to rebuild enamel. Why It's Better: Effective for sensitive teeth and reverses early decay.4. Oil PullingWhat It Is: Swishing coconut or sesame oil for 10-20 minutes. How It Works: Removes bacteria, reduces plaque, and freshens breath. Why It's Better: Natural and chemical-free.4. The Bigger Picture: Why Fluoride is Still PushedCorporate Profits: Big Pharma and chemical companies profit from fluoride waste disposal.Lobbying: The American Dental Association (ADA) receives funding from fluoride manufacturers, creating a conflict of interest.Ignorance: Many dentists are taught outdated, industry-funded science and don't explore alternatives.5. What You Should Be Doing as a DentistEducate Yourself: Study the science behind fluoride toxicity and safer alternatives.Empower Patients: Offer nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste, xylitol gum, and calcium phosphate rinses.Stop the Lies: Fluoride isn't the only option—it's just the most profitable one for corporations.Final NoteFluoride is toxic waste masquerading as a dental miracle. It's time to stop pushing it and start offering safer, more effective alternatives. Your patients deserve better than being guinea pigs for corporate greed.Step up. Do better 🔥

Fluoride: The Toxic Waste in Your Toothpaste

Let's break this down for the dentist who thinks fluoride is the only option. Fluoride isn't just a harmless mineral—it's a toxic byproduct of industrial processes, and there are better, safer alternatives for dental care. Here's the unfiltered truth:

1. Where Fluoride Really Comes From
Industrial Waste: Fluoride is a byproduct of aluminum, fertilizer, and steel manufacturing. It's classified as a toxic waste by the EPA.

Water Fluoridation: In the 1940s, industries needed a way to dispose of fluoride waste. They convinced the public it was "good for teeth" and started dumping it into water supplies.

Toxicity: Fluoride is not a nutrient. It's a neurotoxin that accumulates in bones and the brain, causing long-term damage.

2. Why Fluoride is Dangerous
Neurotoxicity: Studies link fluoride to lower IQ in children and cognitive decline in adults.

Thyroid Disruption: Fluoride competes with iodine, leading to hypothyroidism (fatigue, weight gain, depression).
Skeletal Fluorosis: Chronic exposure weakens bones, causing pain and fractures.

Dental Fluorosis: Overexposure in kids leads to white spots and brittle enamel.

3. Safer, Better Alternatives to Fluoride
Here's what you should be recommending instead of pushing toxic fluoride:

1. Nano-Hydroxyapatite (nHAp)
What It Is: A biomimetic compound identical to tooth enamel.

How It Works: Repairs enamel, reduces sensitivity, and prevents cavities.

Why It's Better: Non-toxic, safe to swallow, and more effective than fluoride in remineralizing teeth.

2. Xylitol
What It Is: A natural sugar alcohol that starves cavity-causing bacteria.

How It Works: Reduces plaque, neutralizes acids, and boosts saliva production.

Why It's Better: Safe for humans (toxic to pets) and prevents cavities without toxicity.

3. Calcium Phosphate Compounds
What It Is: Includes amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) and casein phosphopeptide-ACP (CPP-ACP).

How It Works: Delivers calcium and phosphate to rebuild enamel.

Why It's Better: Effective for sensitive teeth and reverses early decay.

4. Oil Pulling
What It Is: Swishing coconut or sesame oil for 10-20 minutes.

How It Works: Removes bacteria, reduces plaque, and freshens breath.

Why It's Better: Natural and chemical-free.

4. The Bigger Picture: Why Fluoride is Still Pushed
Corporate Profits: Big Pharma and chemical companies profit from fluoride waste disposal.

Lobbying: The American Dental Association (ADA) receives funding from fluoride manufacturers, creating a conflict of interest.

Ignorance: Many dentists are taught outdated, industry-funded science and don't explore alternatives.

5. What You Should Be Doing as a Dentist
Educate Yourself: Study the science behind fluoride toxicity and safer alternatives.

Empower Patients: Offer nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste, xylitol gum, and calcium phosphate rinses.

Stop the Lies: Fluoride isn't the only option—it's just the most profitable one for corporations.

Final Note
Fluoride is toxic waste masquerading as a dental miracle. It's time to stop pushing it and start offering safer, more effective alternatives. Your patients deserve better than being guinea pigs for corporate greed.

Step up. Do better 🔥

After my Internal resorption, I don't see how people could want to go through that process again. I'd quit anything to avoid it from happening haha.
