Just a heads up, the conditioner[amazon.com] has the same coupon and is the same price. Also looks like the shampoo coupon can be used more than once but not the conditioner.
Likely depends on type of hair and I would guess a good bit of personal preference. I would look up the differences if you have any conditions (dandruff or psoriasis) or style it certain ways (heat/chemicals), the only general thing I've read is dry/frizzy hair would probably use coconut oil and argan would likely be used with oily hair.
