I bought the 40 pound vest from CAP but it really hurt my traps after just a minute due to not having padded shoulders. To anyone who uses this one, does it hurt your shoulders / traps?

Do these work? This is like what Goku uses in Dragon Ball Z. Will these cause back or neck problems?

Looks to have velcro straps that you can put on the shoulders.

If you train like Goku in DBZ, then you should have no back or neck problem.

Own a similar design, wish it opened from the middle instead of draping over the head.

Can be difficult to put on/take off overhead, and will mess up your hairdo.

Ideal design would zip-up like a sweatshirt.
