This is a nice set but $30 is the standard price. Not a sale.

Just wanted to add this is a really great set. I use the ESD version of it, but only because when I got it, that was the only one I was aware of. Use this set almost daily at work. Only thing it's not great for is if you really have to crank on something, but as it's a precision set, that isn't really what they're designed for.

Just wanted to add this is a really great set. I use the ESD version of it, but only because when I got it, that was the only one I was aware of. Use this set almost daily at work. How fine are your Allen wrenches? This one only goes up to 2mm & ⅛". For general use I think the ICON RXFT-35 will give you the best hex bang for your buck without swapping in bits from different kits

Wiha makes metric and sae hex bit sets. Link to metric for reference.

I have the torx and metric and sae hex sets. They're all nice and fit bolts well. You can find them without the storage box and magnetic holder but it's a nice way to keep everything together. You'll need to source a handle though. If you watch the prices, sets sometimes dip to $15 or $17.

This is a good brand. The price is also nice. I just don't know what I can use them for. Already got a set of tools for glass and watch repair...

That's a nice kit. I particularly like the magnetic tray to keep your screws organized. It also has more bits including security bits. I also like the ratcheting adaptor. It's $50 right now. It's great for working on laptops, but I've bent some tips of the bits trying to do anything that needed a little more muscle.

For most things though, I just keep going back to Wiha. The bits are strong, and the plastic is easier to grip for my overly sweaty hands.

I got a Nanch set off of Amazon in 2019, I especially like it because the bits are extended, so if you have a recessed screw, you can still reach it.

I like this set so much that I bought it as holiday gifts for the techs I used to supervise.

EDIT: The Nanch set, in addition to the bits being S2 steel, has the extension built into the handle, and the metal body of the driver also has a rotating cap. Almost six years in, and I am still not disappointed.

This el'cheapo from HF is extremely useful for motorcycle carburetors and other hard to reach places: Precision Screwdriver Set - 33 Piece
The set in this thread doesn't have the flex extention, making it nearly worthless to any mechanic. Just sayin...
