At this price I have yet to find anything better especially if you are a Mac user and value the usb-c one cable setup capability.

Is it a better monitor and better deal than the Samsung EPP deal that was posted a few days ago?
If you're referring to the M80C, I purchased both and I personally like the Dell significantly better. Better contrast, colors, blacks, screen uniformity, look /body, tilt / swivel / etc.
The Dell is also IPS while the Samsung is VA.

Very weird product placement for this monitor. Who is this for? Definitely not gamers because of the low refresh rate. And people who do photographic or video works needs 99% AdobeRGB gamut or 99% P3 monitors, in which it supports either.
We use it in our office, we have triple setup with two of these and Apple studio as main monitor. Works well with our mac minis.

Anybody looking for a solid 27" 4K IPS monitor with a clean setup, thin bezels, and a single USB-C cable.

There's ALOT of old 1080p monitors out there that this would smoke.

I'm debating picking one up for my wife's home office for this price.

I have the 2021 of the HDMI version of this monitor and it has served me well with my M1 MBP at work. Most other monitors suck for the mac unless you spend big money. I didn't have big money, and at $200 each these have been great.

This one has the usb-c connection and likely the updated firmware not requiring additional software to properly manage (Like I have to use since mine technically aren't compatible with Macs, though that's not entirely true). $220 is a steal and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to pick 2 of these up if I was in need of monitors for work/personal.

if i currently have two dell pp2219h - i think these would be a much better upgrade right? i currently connect them to a caldigit tb4 dock and use the monitors with both a windows laptop for work and my personal m1 macbook pro.

So…for office workers who need neither of these features and are happy to get a Dell monitor for cheap that supports 4k…and represent a larger customer base.

Was able to get Dell to price match and stack with Amex offer ($50 off $250). Needed to add a filler item (they have various cables and things that are $10.99 + tax) to get over $250.

Also attempted to stack with shopping portal, which works sometimes for people but is YMMV. Not supposed to stack portal with price matches, so you generally won't get any support if it doesn't track automatically, fyi.

I have this monitor, the main reason to go for this is that the screen is looks great - very vibrant and good looking colors (compared to other 4k monitors).

does the speaker make the monitor thicker? i am thinking of getting two of these for office use (one head on and one off to the side).

If you are on Mac you can connect both via usb-c. You can look up detailed instructions but it's fairly straightforward and intuitive, just plug and play. Just make sure your model supports multiple monitors.

Not that I have noticed. Generally a very slim and good looking monitor to me
