Unfortunately the "unlimited" toppings are restricted only to their listed toppings of which you can designate "extra." Their online system doesn't allow you to order a pizza with say 3 or 4× the amount of pepperoni.

That being said, me and my teammates gorged on 7 pizza yesterday loaded up, and the bill was less than $75. The receipt said we saved $85! We had Chicken cordon Blue, Chicken bacon Ranch, a Philly Cheese Steak, one with all 8 meats, a greek pizza, and several others.
