The promo codes do not work with the free sound bar from what I saw. If you remove the sound bar, then the 10% off code works

TBH, I think you all are confusing the promo codes. The one that you get through a pop-up on the site, and they send you for signing up to emails, excludes TVs, as far as I can tell.

Yesterday, for LG Partner Store members, there was a 10% off code sent via text for "Game Day" which does work for TVs. That code is still valid, if you received one, and does indeed work on the TVs.

If you are trying to use the 10% off code that you get for signing up for emails, that is probably why it isn't working, because it excludes TVs.

Was able to use a 10% of code, total came out to $1,751 including tax. Good deal for a 77 inch C4? Feel like that's one of the lower prices it's been

With the 10% code (as you've seen yourself) the cost drops down to $1,619.99 + tax. I'm pretty sure that's the lowest I've seen the C4 to date.

I'm debating jumping on it myself, just a bit put off by the LG Partner Store horror stories, in case you need to return for panel damage or excessive tint issues.

I was also kind of holding out for the LG Partner Store to drop the 77" G4 to $2,199.99 again, since it would come with the bonus of a 5-year panel warranty, as well as many noted improvements to picture quality, etc, but hard to pass up on the C4 at this price.

LG Partner Store is terrible with customer service. They scheduled the delivery of the TV and the install. Date came and passed with no email notification and no TV delivery. Called and they said the TV is on back order. No date on when it will be in the warehouse.

Weird. Are you on the LG Partner site? Regular LG retail site has the 77" listed at $2,199.99. It's the LG Partner Store which has it listed at $1,799.99. The 10% promo code is one that went out via text to LG Partner Store members, which brings it down from $1,799.99 to $1,619.99.
