I found last time that these indeed can be low quality/tear easily. You don't know which manufacturer/brand you will receive, so anyone claiming they are great or terrible is just luck of the draw.

My orders prior were very durable, but last time I received something that gets micro-tears extremely easily.

Thanks for sharing. I ALWAYS buy when this deal pops up. I think I've got a few thousand now and will be stocked up for the next few years.

4mil good enough for general cleaning, auto care etc? Or are the 5mil better (harbor freight)? Wondering if there's a tipping point mil amount regarding thickness.

General cleaning for sure. Depends on what you mean by auto care. These sometimes rip even with home cleaning if I'm too rough.

The price is a bit more than last time but I'm in, and I hope it's the better brand.

Do not buy! I bought these last year, and had to return them. Very poorly made and easily tear apart. Costco Kirkland gloves are much better than these for just a bit more.

My last order, most of my gloves were torn at the fingers or fused together with other gloves. Was tired of pulling out 10 gloves to be able to match 2 for use (that ended up ripping on my hands anyway) so I just junked the rest.

How to decide on size? I am guessing these need to be snug so to grab things easily?

Same here. That's why I'm hoping it's one of the better ones. Still a decent deal all around though.

I've bought these multi times from woot and havent had an issue, but I just bought 5 boxes a few weeks ago and the gloves are a terrible quality. They don't really stretch and this causes them to tear extremely easily.
