Paint one blade black and it reduces bird strikes by about 70%, according to the only study done trying to solve the problem. This was for giant wind turbines though, you might be better off painting two blades black with a smaller one. The idea is that birds experience a phenomenon called "motion smear" with neutral colored blades. Adding a contrasting color seemed to reduce this effect.

I have yet to see anyone really happy with any of these types of wind turbines, it seems like they are just a giant waste waste of space and money. Anyone see any good reviews or info to say otherwise. It seems like if your not going solar than water power is the next best thing to setup, and wind all the way on the bottom.

The problem is wind is far more complicated than solar, it's all about placement but you can't see where the wind is. The general rule is you want to be near the coast preferably (but then rust is a big issue), on a flat plain of land with minimal wind breaks, and/or above the tree line. The other issue is getting the voltage range of the wind turbine to be optimised for the inverter, as most inverters are meant for solar panels.
Being in Houston I did have a mad scientist thought about placing one of these a few feet above my AC units and scavenging the air moved by the units. But my HOA would see it and I'm moving soon so I'm saving that idea until we move.

Any recommendations on water power?

It's in stock for me. Maybe worth getting just to piss off that somebody.
Then you can be like that hybrid car South Park episode: "I try to be part of solution and not part of the problem"

Pro tip: put it front and center near the drive way for bonus HOA fees.
Proer tip: put on neighbor property so they get fines.

Wind just doesn't as well work at smaller scale. Big windmills are great but small ones just won't work that well because they just can't harness that much energy.

Can I mount this in the back of my pickup truck to charge my EcoFlow DELTA Pro Portable Power Station while driving to Work or in the parking lot?

I live in a state with a lot of giant wind turbines, I don't get the hate, we fight war after war for oil. I think it would be pretty cool to power your car/home without oil. What better way to say f u to terrorism then to not buy their oil.
it sounds like a great plan..it really does.. but im afraid they are two separate subjects. We dont rely on the oil from the middle east ( only a mere 12% of the oil in the US has a middle eastern pedigree) and I dare say that 12% comes from the professionals with cleaner noses than our other comrades. I would bet they have very little or no ties at all to terror.

Painting one blade black will throw off the balance when the sun heats that single blade. Bad idea.

If you end up reducing the overall airflow ove the heat exchanger, the AC won't be as efficient.

Sounds like a great way to kill the birds I feed and maybe power a lightbulb on a good day.
Paint a spiral on it so the birds are hypnotized/dizzy before they even get to the turbine.
