It looks like the connector on this solar panel is mc4. You would probably need an mc42 to xt60i to be able to connect it to your ecoflow River 3.

river 3 solar maxes out at 110w, 100 is fine, you would typically get less than the rated amount. You can also get the bigger ecoworthy 195w bifacial for 88$ if the bigger physical size is fine.
