I've had to jump start a completely dead Hart battery using another working battery and it worked fine afterwards.

Definitely not Hyper definitely not tough. The Hart tools are not bad. Same company that makes Milwaukee and ten plus other top brands.

Does any major retailer offer a decent warranty on power tools? I like kobalt hand tools, they have a lifetime warranty. I want a budget power tool with peace of mind for years...
