Does this stuff go bad? Like can it sit in my garage for years without losing effectiveness?

Tapes/Adhesives should be kept in a plastic sealed bag for maximum longevity. That is what I read recently, and it tracks with having left some tape in a bag with other stuff versus it being exposed and getting all wavy and dry.

Good point. I would just keep it indoors. I don't think adhesives like temp swings. Like in Minnesota- from -20 to 95 above!

Good question. The tape seems to be lined so that'll probably preserve it better than a simple roll. If your garage swings from sub-zero to 100+ that'll probably reduce the lifetime...but I'd guess years is ok.

Would this work to patch up the cracks in an aging hottub cover? The cracks allow rain/snow to leak through. we currently have a tarp over the cover but it's a pain to take on/off (especially in the snow). Any suggestions for refurbishing the top of the cover to make it last a little longer?

For the vinyl hot tub cover, fill in the cracks with HH-66, usually lasts for a year
